CWS offers individual outpatient therapy for trauma and PTSD. CWS helps individuals navigate and manage their trauma while living their daily lives. Creating a welcoming and supportive environment is fundamental to working with a client on trauma and CWS aims to provide that.
Therapy for trauma-related issues at CWS focuses on building insight into the trauma responses and then working together on distress tolerance and emotion regulation skills.
